Purchase Policy
- Our goal is to find the right program, instructor, location and time for our customers. Once all options have been attempted, refunds or partial refunds will be granted.
- Any lessons purchased from Silicon Valley Golf never expire.
- Purchased lessons can be converted to other preferred lesson types upon request.
- Any refund requests must be made within a 12 month period from the purchase date.
- Non-refundable transaction fees incurred by the Seller will be subtracted from any refunds issued to the Buyer.
